First Aid Room

Brand new red First Aid packs have been distributed among the venues. These first aid packs should be pitch side in case of injury.

In the event of an injury while playing hockey. Ensure an incident report form (or here for child) is filled out. All injuries must be reported to the club. Once the incident form is completed, send a copy to clubsecretary@avocahockeyclub.ie for the club’s records.

Under the new Hockey Ireland Membership insurance package, injury claims will only be accepted if a valid HI Membership number is in place at the time of the accident/injury.
